**Juneteenth Kickball Event Liability and Media Waiver** *Hosted by Brazos Valley Youth Sports, Mission 12 @ Bryan High School **Liability Waiver:** In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Juneteenth Kickball event, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. I am aware of and assume all risks associated with participation in the event, including but not limited to physical activity, injuries, and hazards related to the sport and event environment. 2. I release, hold harmless, and indemnify Brazos Valley Youth Sports, Mission 12, Bryan ISD, their officers, volunteers, and staff from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event, whether due to negligence or otherwise. 3. I certify that I am physically fit to participate in the event and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation. **Media Consent & Release:** I grant permission to Brazos Valley Youth Sports, Mission 12, Bryan ISD, and their authorized representatives to photograph, record, and capture images or videos of me or my child/ward during the event. I understand these images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, flyers, and publications, without compensation. **Acknowledgment:** By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this liability and media waiver. I am voluntarily participating in the event and give permission for my or my child's participation under these conditions.

Organized by **Texas A&M Football players from Mission 12** in partnership with **Brazos Valley Youth Sports Association**, the KickBall Classic offers a safe, engaging environment to celebrate culture, community, and sportsmanship for ages 10-14.
